All PureMedia Memory Cards carry a 5-year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. No warranty is expressed or implied for data loss. (Your statutory rights are unaffected)

PureMedia cards should provide many years of trouble free service. If handled correctly (Please see our 'Using memory Cards' section).

Warranty Procedure

1. Please refer to our FAQ section and complete a technical support form if required.
2. If the problem has not solved. Please refer to the place of purchase (with proof of purchase) for a warranty replacement.
